Sinoba sat high up in a tree and watched the sky. The clouds moved slowly across it, and the sun shone brightly. Its rays ventured through the leafs and hit the back of his head, and his back. He continued to stare up at the sky as a slight breeze rustled the leaves within the tree. It was as if they were singing a song. Although the words were a complete mystery, it was still a strangely beautiful sound.
He put his head down and stared at the ground for awhile. The breeze continued to sing as well as blow through his long white/silver hair, which swayed a bit. “Perhaps I should get down sometime soon..” He thought, as he continued to stare down at the ground for a little longer, before looking across from him to glance at the other tree.
He took a deep breath, relaxing a bit. He stood up and was now balancing on the branch. He put one of his hands on the tree trunk and leaned against it. It may have been hard for some people to believe, but he was actually pretty comfortable up there. He stared off into the distance for a little while longer until he jumped down. Sure it was a long way, but he was used to doing things like this. He soon landed on the ground with little to no sound. He looked around and saw that there was a path not far from him, so he began to walk along it..
He had no where else to be at this time, so he just decided he would wander at random. At first it seemed like a good idea, and as if it would be a nice walk. He was wrong. He didn’t have a keen nose, but he did sense the presence of a couple of humans, so, this didn’t worry him in the least. He continued to walk along the path until the humans decided to show themselves, but they weren’t ordinary villagers, they were bandits.
The bandit who appeared to be the leader growled at Sinoba. “Drop everything and leave.” He said to him in a stern tone of voice. “Go away..” Sinoba said in a calm, yet slightly sadistic tone of voice. Sinoba has the ability to manipulate the element of water at his will, so, he managed to get a hold of some water from the air itself, and form it into a whip. Although it was made of water it could still slash through things, so he slashed it through the lead bandit and it cut him in half.
The other bandits looked at their leader in shock. He was definitely dead , and he had just been cut in half, at that. They stood there, shocked. Some of their mouths were wide open in aw. One of them went from total shock into anger. “How dare you kill our leader! I’ll kill you, demon scum!” He said as he ran towards Sinoba.
Sinoba gave him a cold stare and slashed his whip towards him. He decided that he would spare his life, so he merely slashed his sword and it broke in half. The man was shocked of how Sinoba did that. How could he cut metal with water? The bandit, no matter how much he wanted revenge, he knew he could not defeat Sinoba at this time, so he looked over to the other bandits and gave the signal to run away, and they all followed like the cowards they were.
Sinoba was glad to see they all left, although he began to wonder if he overreacted a little, by actually killing their leader, but it was too late at this point, and Sinoba didn’t really care anyways. He glanced down to the body of the bandit, still lying there, blood spilling upon the ground. He looked back at the trail and decided that he should get moving, the blood was bound to attract demons and other creatures of all sorts.
